Who Are We?

Bedford Professional Women is a powerful network of local women. Through an effective leadership team, BPW strives to be the leading advocate for working women by providing diverse goals and objectives to touch the lives of all women.

Membership in BPW offers a multitude of opportunities and benefits. BPW reflects the socioeconomic, occupational, age, ethnic, and religious diversity of the workplace in membership and leadership levels. Each year, BPW engages in a number of fundraising activities, a means by which we are able to award annual scholarships for women in each stage of life.

The mission of Bedford Professional Women is to promote and strengthen women in the workplace through educational scholarships, community involvement and networking opportunities.

BPW members come from all levels of the workforce and virtually every occupation. Yet, we all share a common purpose; working together – and with other major institutions in our society for economic security and professional development.

Members meet informally for a networking lunch on the 4th Thursday of each month at various eateries throughout Bedford. Guests are welcome and encouraged to attend…check our calendar for dates of the next networking lunch!
