Natalie Updike Cifuentes will continue her education at Longwood University. Natalie is a third generation educator, her grandmother & mother both being or have been teachers!!

Nick will attend Virginia Tech and major in computer science with minors in math and agri business.

Congratulations to our 2025-26 Woman of Achievement, Cynthia Gunnoe. Cynthia is retired from Gunnoe Sausage and is involved in many civic and professional organizations. Before receiving this award, she spoke to our members about Centra happenings and most importantly Centra Bedford Memorial Hospital.
